Electronic Products: Electronic Products; tele-seminars, e-books, mp3's, etc. are electronic and are delivered to you via the internet. We do not charge any shipping or handling for delivery of these products.
Order Processing:
Domestic Orders: Our basic shipping rate is calculated with the following formula: $4.95 plus 3% of your order total before tax and any vouchers/gift certificates. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping if your order's actual shipping cost is more than what the above formula charges. In this event, you will be contacted before we ship your order. To receive expedited service, please indicate how fast you'd like your package in the Notes section of the order form. For 2 Day Air Service, add $7.00 to the above formula. For Next Day Air Service, add $25.00 to the above formula. 2 Day Air Service and Next Day Air Service must take into account the time it will take to process your order at our office. That means that placing an order today will not guarantee delivery for tomorrow - rather it will guarantee delivery the day after it is shipped. International Orders:If you are interested in ordering, but live outside the continental US we will do whatever we can to get your order to you. All prices are in US dollars, and credit card companies will automatically apply the current exchange rate and charge your account in the appropriate currency. Our shipping policies are fairly simple; we want to do what we can to keep the cost of shipping your order to a minimum. We do not believe in high mark-ups on shipping and constantly monitor our shipping prices to make sure they are fair to you, and to us. The United States Postal Service (USPS) is our primary International shipper. We do occasionally ship via UPS or FedEx to International locations. Our goal is to use the service that best fits your needs - how much will it cost, and how fast will it get here.
